Reservations for our rentals can be made online 24 hours a day! Simply search your dates, select your property, and “Book.” You will receive a confirmation via email, which will have the details of your stay.
A 20% deposit plus a 7% booking fee is required to reserve a property. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival and will be charged automatically to the same credit card unless otherwise arranged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
YES. Our website is a secure network. Your personal and payment information are safe and confidential. Credit card numbers are encrypted when we receive!
One-night stays are allowed. Discount codes do not apply to stays shorter than two nights. Longer minimum stays may apply during special events.
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a full refund of the rental rate (7% booking fee is non-refundable). Cancel 7–13 days before arrival for a 50% refund (7% booking fee is non-refundable). No refunds within 7 days of arrival or during your stay.
Reservations can be rescheduled once if done at least 14 days before arrival; any rate difference applies.

No. You may skip the guest information section when booking online.
To book the clubhouse, select your event date as the check-in and the following day as the check-out. This ensures you are booking it for day use only; the clubhouse is not available for overnight rental.
The pool, cold plunge, and sauna are available to Ranch House and Clockers House guests only. Hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is heated during colder months.
Check-In time is anytime after 3pm
Check-Out is no later than 11am
Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
There are many restaurant and grocery options 5-10 minutes from the property. You can also call any food delivery company to receive food at your rental like Uber Eats, Grubhub, Doordash, Etc!
Our team is here to help before, during, and after your stay. We are easy to reach via email, text or phone. Our office is open Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm, and we have staff on-call after hours for emergencies.
The Ranch Houses have two bedrooms with two queen beds each and two bedrooms with one king bed each, for a total of six beds. The Clockers House has 3 bedrooms; one king bed, two queen beds, and a futon in the living room. Our houses do not have sofa beds and we do not provide extra cots.
All Temecula properties include both air conditioning and heating.
Yes. Beds are made with professionally laundered and sanitized linens before arrival. Each house includes enough bath, hand, washcloth, makeup, and pool towels for maximum occupancy.
Each rental has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, dishes, and flatware, plus a toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Some Keurigs use standard K-cups, and others also have a drip option. A starter kit is provided with coffee, creamer, sugar, dish soap, paper towels, and basic bathroom toiletries. The starter kit is meant to get you by until you make it to the store.
Each property has either an iron and ironing board or a steamer.
There is no on-site check-in. A few days before arrival, you will receive emails with pre-arrival, parking, pool, and rental access instructions.
Stay Kentina is a limited service operation without 24/7 on-site staff. Our team is available for emergencies should a time sensitive issue arise.
