• This home is the ground floor unit with residents living in the upper unit.
• This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
• You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
• The home next door is currently under construction. We do not have a timeline for completion. It has been a disorganized project with no work for weeks at a time and the owners have not been able to provide a schedule.

Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood of South Mission Beach with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
