There is a picture frame in the kitchen or living room with wifi information.
Forget the wifi network and connect again. If the problem persists, contact management.
We use smart TVs with streaming apps. Our TVs do not have cable channels. If you are having trouble streaming, please make sure the TV is connected to the GTV network. Password: GalwayTV!@#
If the problem persists, unplug the TV for a couple of minutes and once plugged back in, make sure it is connected to the GTV network.
To select a mode, tap on the outer right side of the thermostat. Swipe up and down and tap to select. Just swipe up or down on the same side to adjust temperature.
Find the GFI outlets in the bathrooms and reset. If this doesn’t work, restart the thermostat. If a problem persists, contact management.
If the thermostat says “not connected to wifi” but still works, you can reset it or leave it.
It most likely needs new batteries. While one of our staff becomes available, please try pressing the button on it. If that still does not work, completely take off the ceiling.
Code to access the pool has been sent in the “Important Parking and Pool info” email. There is also a picture frame in the living room with a QR code with all the pool information.
Before contacting management, please reset the GFI on the outlet outside by the front door and if possible one in the back of the house as well. After that, reset the ones in the bathrooms. If this does not work, contact management.
The broom should be located in the closet in the hallway.
