Check-In time is anytime after 3pm

• Early check-in requests will not be considered till a few days before arrival date.

Check-Out is no later than 11am

• If available, a late check-out option will automatically be offered for purchase via text 1 day before departure.
• Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
• Place all dirty towels in a pile in the bathroom and leave beds unmade if used.
• Please take trash out to one of the nearby trash bins.

Use the address link provided in your check-in email to find the Ranch Houses. The gate for Pony Home access is located across from Ranch House #7. After entering the gate, go straight and follow the string lights/landscape lights.

Parking is allowed anywhere around the Pony Houses as long as no roads or trailers are being blocked and there’s enough space for water trucks to drive by. 

Put in the code, press down on the top black button, and pull towards you. If this doesn’t work, press down the little lower black button under the numbers to reset and try again. 

Make sure the key is in a horizontal position in order to take it out. 

To use heater, please select the sun or triangle icon, and set desired temperature. It will take about 10 minutes to get started. 

Broom should be located next to the fridge. 

There is a picture frame in the kitchen or living room with wifi information. 

Try changing the setting by pushing some of the buttons on the shower head and turn the water off and then back on.
