We appreciate that 4 bedrooms may be more than some guests need. We are testing a new approach to accommodate reduced occupancy rate discounts.

Midweek Ranch House stays (Monday – Thursday) 

• 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom occupancy 
  • $250 per night plus cleaning and booking fee
• 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom occupancy 
  • $350 per night plus cleaning and booking fee 
• Currently not offered for weekend stays
• The home remains exclusive to your group
• Enjoy full access to the kitchen and living areas
• Bedrooms not included in your reservation are not available for use. Normal rate will be charged if more than agreed occupancy has been used.
