Check-In time is anytime after 3pm
- Early check-in requests will not be considered till a few days before arrival date.
Check-Out is no later than 11am
- Late Check-Out requests must be requested and approved 48 hours prior to departure.
- Please put all dirty dishes in the sink, leave beds unmade, take out the trash, make sure all windows and doors are locked.
BBQ is hooked up to gas, no tank or charcoal needed. The gas line is located underneath the BBQ. The valve should be parallel with the pipe.
Use a long lighter to light as the salt air makes the built-in ignitor difficult to use.

We use smart TVs with streaming apps. Our TVs do not have cable channels. If you are having trouble streaming, please make sure the TV is connected to the wifi.
If the problem persists, unplug the TV for a couple of minutes and once plugged back in, make sure it is connected to the wifi network.
